Terms of service

The service

Kadibi builds a website for your business from a photo of its visiting card, signboard or storefront, hosts it, and gives you a dashboard to manage enquiries, bookings, customers, invoices and payments. You can also buy services from us, such as Google Business Profile setup, social media work, and Facebook, Instagram and Google ads. Some features depend on your plan.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number on WhatsApp, or to your email. Keep access to your phone and email safe; anyone who receives your code can sign in. One mobile number has one Kadibi account. You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business.

Your business and content

You may create a website only for a business you own or are authorised to represent. You are responsible for what is on your website and in your dashboard, and you confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you add.

Kadibi writes text with AI from the details you give. It is a draft: check it before you publish, and do not publish claims that are not true, such as licences, ratings, awards or guarantees you do not have.

What is not allowed

You may not use Kadibi for adult, illegal or criminal businesses, to mislead or defraud people, to send spam, to break anyone's rights, or to attack or overload the service. We may refuse a photo or business, or suspend a website that breaks these terms.

Preview and going live

When you choose a design, your website is built and gets a preview link that anyone with the link can open. Your website goes live once you choose and pay for a plan. A coupon, such as a first month free, applies as described when you use it.

Plans and payments

Plans are paid monthly through Razorpay and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices, and GST where it applies, are shown before you pay. You can cancel any time in your dashboard: renewal stops and the service continues until the end of the period already paid for. Our Cancellation and refund policy (/legal/refunds) explains refunds, and our Domain ownership policy (/legal/domains) covers domain names.

Ads we run for you

When you buy ads, we run them on your behalf on Facebook, Instagram or Google, through Kadibi's own accounts, using your business's details and the offer you approve. The ad platforms' own policies also apply, and they may reject an ad. Your ad budget is spent by the platform; how unspent budget is credited or refunded is in our Cancellation and refund policy (/legal/refunds).

Messages

By using Kadibi you agree to receive the WhatsApp and email messages needed to run your account and website, such as sign-in codes and setup updates. You can ask us to stop WhatsApp messages at any time through Help and support or our Contact page (/contact).

Your data

Our Privacy policy (/legal/privacy) explains how we handle personal data, and our Data deletion instructions (/legal/del) how to have it deleted. Your business's customers' data belongs to your business; you are responsible for using it lawfully.

Availability

We work to keep Kadibi and your website available and secure, but cannot promise they will never be interrupted. We may change features; we will tell you before a change that takes away something you pay for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kadibi is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid Kadibi in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Kadibi at any time, and ask us to delete your data (/legal/del). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can. Domains you bought through Kadibi stay yours.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
